Toolless Quality is a priority for us, so we have taken steps forward towards ISO certification. The gap analysis has been performed in October of 2019, and we are in the process of training, for a completion date in the summer of 2020. In an effort to serve you better, you have received a 2 minute survey to help us though the process of improvement, including Key performance indicators for all critical processes. A new MRP system in on the radar to assist this transition towards our QMS, as well as be more efficient to program with a new CAM Software.

We have also performed workflow improvement, which has included the implementation of 1-piece flow for large orders and 5S throughout the whole company.

The 2-day on site audit (Jan 2020) went very well with a few findings which should get us ISO certified in the summer of 2020. We still have some work ahead of us and more challenges to overcome, but the management crew is determined to succeed in this quest to serve our customers better.
