En th\u00e9orie, sans connaissance du plastique ou de la conception, l'impression 3D pourrait \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme une rivale de la fabrication de plastiques sans outillage, mais en r\u00e9alit\u00e9, elle n'est pas \u00e0 la hauteur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En fait, elle pr\u00e9sente plus d'inconv\u00e9nients que notre technologie pour de nombreuses raisons :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Co\u00fbts du prototype :<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Le co\u00fbt des prototypes Toolless se compare favorablement \u00e0 celui de l'impression 3D.  Si l'on compare des pommes \u00e0 des pommes, un bo\u00eetier Toolless en ABS d'environ 8 \u2019x5 \u201dx2\u201d co\u00fbterait environ $500. L'impression 3D varie de $300 \u00e0 $950 en fonction de la complexit\u00e9. Notre bo\u00eetier en plastique est enti\u00e8rement fabriqu\u00e9 sur mesure, sans moule, ni TOOLLING, pour un co\u00fbt \u00e9gal ou inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 celui de l'impression 3D.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">D\u00e9lais d'ex\u00e9cution :<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>En fonction de la taille des pi\u00e8ces, on peut dire qu'il est possible d'imprimer un prototype en 3D pendant la nuit et qu'il est pr\u00eat \u00e0 fonctionner le lendemain matin. La principale force de Toolless, avec une conception approuv\u00e9e, est de pouvoir cr\u00e9er un prototype en quelques jours.  Toolless offre la possibilit\u00e9 de r\u00e9-ex\u00e9cuter un prototype sans frais, si le prototype ne r\u00e9pond pas aux crit\u00e8res de la conception approuv\u00e9e.
